Partners

The Vermont Pathways to Partnerships (P2P) model aims to build strong partnerships that help students with disabilities in Vermont have more successful futures after high school. To that end, P2P will work together with Local Education Agencies (LEAs, or schools) and community partners to create a shared vision and strong teamwork. This project will bring different groups together and set clear rules to make sure everyone stays on track. Partners will focus on always improving, following best practices, and continuing to learn new skills.
