Office Hours with Jayson Capobianco (Transition Consultant)

Please join Jayson (Transition Consultant at UVM’s Center on Disability and Community Inclusion) for office hours. This is a welcoming space for support and collaboration around all things transition! Potential topics include (but are not limited to): IEP transition plans, student IEP participation, employment, postsecondary education options, interagency collaboration, transition assessment. Sign up as many times as you like, consecutive time slots are fine. Feel free to invite others or request that Jayson invite others. Meetings will be held virtually on Teams, if you prefer Zoom please mention that when you register.
