Become proficient with IEP transition plans and the 8 elements of Indicator 13

Indicator 13: Guidance will be provided on the specific elements, practices, services and strategies that relate to Indicator 13.

Resources: Participants will become familiar with community partners who support students, transition assessments, and provide guidance and resources.
